REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Any refunds issued will be as store credit only and memberships that are cancelled after their renewal date will not be refunded. Also any partially used packages or memberships will not be refunded. Memberships can only be cancelled via email rejuvcryo@gmail.com

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to scheduled service will be entitled to a full store credit refund, if services are cancelled within the 24 hour period a 50% cancellation fee will apply and the remainder applied as store credit. Membership cancellation request must be emailed in prior to renewal date or membership dues will be forfeited. No rollover credits on memberships.
